Royal LePage Shelter Foundation Hosts “Night Light Walk Presented by TD” Against Domestic Violence

On Thursday, October 24, the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation will host Night Light Walks across Canada, with one taking place right here on the North Shore. Locally, in North Vancouver, vital funds will be raised at this event for North Shore Crisis Services Society.

Please join our movement in support of housing in an era where it's so challenging to obtain, and to show women and children who are rebuilding their lives after experiencing Intimate Partner Violence (IPV), we're with them! Please join us by signing up at nightlightwalk.ca

Did you know that over 80 municipalities across the country have declared Intimate Partner Violence, domestic violence and/or gender-based violence to be epidemics in their respective communities? It's an issue where we can lean in, and support together as a community.

Royal LePage Shelter Foundation aims to help those impacted by IPV by ensuring funds raised at the Night Light Walk are directed to our local Shelter, helping women and children in our community find a safe haven in their darkest moments. All participants will walk an inspiring lantern-lit three-kilometre route through the streets of their community with LED lights provided by organizers, to show victims that they are not alone.

We're stronger together.

Please join us. Register your Team at nightlightwalk.ca
