We can do anything to raise funds for families in our community

The possibilities are endless. From bake-offs to themed parties, to pop-up dance-yoga and everything in between. No matter what you choose, 100% of the money you raise will support our programs and change the future for women and children in our community.

Why fundraise?

Fundraisers make it possible for us to provide women and children the safety they need to leave violence for good.

No one should have to live in fear - and yet, 1 woman or girl is killed every 48 hours. It doesn’t have to be this way. Gender-based violence is a massive problem that we can solve if we work together.

As a fundraiser, you will inspire your community to take action and strengthen safety for as many families as possible. Every dollar raised will support our women’s transition house, longer-term housing programs, community outreach services, and basic living necessities they deserve.

LET’S GET STARTED

Plan Your Fundraiser

Be the change in women’s lives by organizing a fundraiser. Hosting a charity dinner, trivia night, or talent show can help raise awareness and provide critical resources to those impacted by violence.

Not sure where to start? We’ve seen fundraisers plan some remarkable events. Here are a few ideas to get the ball rolling!

  • Conquer a North Shore Peak

  • (Mini) Golf Tournament

  • Run/Walk/Bikeathons

  • Corporate Matching

  • Games Night

  • Give Your Birthday

  • Give Your Haircut

  • BBQ Cook-Out

  • Craft Fairs

  • Stream Online

  • Ukulele Concert

  • Food Drive *

*For Food Drives, we kindly ask that food must be shelf-stable and unopened with a visible “best-before” date. If the best-before date is not visible, please write it with a thick marker. Thank you!
